The "All Island Weight Loss Challenge" has gave each individual a
motivation to acheive their goals, we have gather some of the
wellness tips that gave each and every participant the edge in
achieving their goals.
Tips
Starting an exercise program consult a doctor. Start with light
workout for the first week (at BriJade's our clients start with an
introduction to pilates and cardio workout).
Set realistic goals, and learn to accept yourself. Each goal must be
attainable - losing one pound per week or completiting 30 minutes
on the tread mill or to attend the gym at least two times for the week.
